Join us for a restorative afternoon of connection, reflection, and renewal at Lancaster Farmacy. This special retreat offers adults diagnosed with cancer an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and nurture their well-being through nature, mindfulness, gentle movement, and community.
The afternoon features herbal tea tasting, a guided herb walk, restorative yoga, meditation and sound healing, mindfulness and stress management, journaling, nourishing refreshments, a flower bouquet activity, and optional healing touch. Refreshments will be provided.
This complimentary retreat is designed specifically for adults diagnosed with cancer. Space is limited and registration is required.
